Our manufacturing units are based in Vapi Industrial Estate, the largest industrial area in the State of Gujarat located 175 kms from.

The units consist of high efficiency equipment. The industrial estate is well connected by rail and road. It is also close to a power plant and a dam, which by and large ensures continuous supply of water and power. In the advent of emergencies, standby in-house power generation ensures that there is never a break in the production schedule.

Sales and distribution support is provided by our marketing office located in Mumbai , India 's commercial capital and its gateway to the world.

One of the group's major areas of concern is environment protection. Adequate safety measures are implemented and inbuilt into the manufacturing process to guard against any kind of damage to the environment. Our efforts in this direction are also highlighted by the fact that the common effluent treatment plant (CETP) at Vapi became operational during Mr. Merchant's presidency at Vapi industries Association (1996-97). the company is also working hard at successfully stating its hydrogenation process, in a move towards a more environmentally friendly reduction process.
